Zandro Zamora

Zandro Zamora (from Google): Zamora began in the 1970s as an extra before rising to become an action star in his own right.

He built a reputation for his commanding physique and his skill in portraying "kontrabida" characters, especially in action films where he often played corrupt officials or a villain's right-hand man. He frequently appeared opposite Philippine action star Fernando Poe Jr.

His extensive filmography includes prominent roles in movies such as Ang Padrino (1984), Tondo: Libingan Ng Mga Siga (1992), and Lucas Abelardo (1994). He also co-starred with Vilma Santos in the 1975 film Darna vs. The Planet Women.

After retiring from acting, Zamora moved to the U.S. and has maintained a low profile, though he reportedly visits the Philippines occasionally.
