Flores became a prominent fixture in Filipino action movies, particularly throughout the late 1970s, 1990s, and early 2000s. He gained a reputation within the industry as a specialized daredevil capable of complex stunts, including precision car stunts.

Beyond his work as a stuntman, Flores expanded his expertise into serving as a fight instructor, fight director, and assistant or associate director for both televised movies and major action features.
